2026/27 First Round Application Invitation for “Publicity and Education Projects”

Applicant organisations should read the Guide to Application (May 2026 version) for Publicity and Education Projects before completing the Application Form. The Secretariat will only accept online applications submitted through Smart ECF (https://smart.ecf.gov.hk). Applicant organisations must pre-register for an account at the Smart ECF and submit an application by filling in the electronic application form through Smart ECF before 6:00 p.m. on 18 June 2026 (Thursday). No other means of submission will be accepted.

Late or incomplete applications, and applications not submitted in accordance with the format and requirements as stated in the Guide to Application will not be processed.

The first briefing session covering an introduction to the contents of and notes on application for Publicity and Education Projects was conducted on 4 May 2026 (Monday). Please visit here for presentation materials of the briefing session. The second briefing will be held on 27 May 2026 (Wednesday) at 3:00-5:00 p.m.. Confirmation email will be sent to the successfully enrolled parties by 26 May 2026 (Tuesday). The briefing materials will be uploaded onto the ECF website upon completion of the briefing sessions.
