2026/27 First Round Application Invitation for “Practice and Action Projects”

Applicant organisations should read the Guide to Application (May 2026 version) for Practice and Action Projects before completing the Application Form. The Secretariat will only accept online applications submitted through Smart ECF (https://smart.ecf.gov.hk). Applicant organisations must pre-register for an account at the Smart ECF and submit an application by filling in the electronic application form through Smart ECF before 6:00 p.m. on 22 June 2026 (Monday). No other means of submission will be accepted.

Late or incomplete applications, and applications not submitted in accordance with the format and requirements as stated in the Guide to Application will not be processed.

The first and second online briefing sessions covering an introduction to the contents of and notes on Practice and Action Projects as well as the application details were conducted on 8 and 29 May 2026, respectively. The briefing materials have been uploaded onto the ECF website.
