(Updated)(Additional Sessions) Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management System (“Smart ECF”) Tutorial Session(s) for Online Application Submission

Due to the overwhelming response to the tutorial sessions for Smart ECF online application submission held in November, three additional sessions were organised for local non-profit making organisations (e.g. community bodies, green groups, schools and tertiary institutions, etc.) intending to apply for the ECF.

The Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management system (“Smart ECF”) managed by the Secretariat of the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee (“the Secretariat”) has launched its first phase in 2024 for eligible organisations who are interested in applying the ECF to register accounts. The new round of online application of Smart ECF has commenced for the person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head of the organisation) who has successfully registered a Smart ECF account to submit online applications during the invitation period. The Secretariat has invited the interested person-in-charges and the representatives of their organisations to join the captioned tutorial session(s) and conduct a trial on submitting online applications through Smart ECF, in order to familiarise with the operation and process.

The tutorial session(s) were conducted face-to-face as detailed below:

Session 2: 5 December 2025 (Friday) 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m
Session 3: 5 December 2025 (Friday) 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m

Language: Cantonese
Target Participants: Person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head) of local non-profit making organisations
Quota: 20 persons / session (first-come-first-serve)

(Note: Only the person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head of the organisation) can submit online applications through the Smart ECF. If the Head or Deputy Head of your organisation has not registered a Smart ECF account, please register as soon as possible through https://smart.ecf.gov.hk/.
