Application Invitation for Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management System (Smart ECF) Tutorial Session(s) for Online Application Submission
The Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management system (i.e. Smart ECF) managed by the Secretariat of the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee (the Secretariat) has launched its first phase in 2024 for eligible organisations who are interested in applying the ECF to register accounts. The online application of Smart ECF will be launched in due course for the person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head of the organisation) who has successfully registered a Smart ECF account to submit online applications during the invitation period. The Secretariat now invites the interested person-in-charges and the representatives of their local non-profit making organisations (e.g. community bodies, green groups, schools and tertiary institutions, etc.) to join the captioned tutorial session(s) and conduct a trial on submitting online applications through Smart ECF, in order to get familiarised with the operation and process.
The tutorial session(s) will be conducted face-to-face as detailed below:

Session 1: 9 May 2025 (Friday) 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m
Session 2: 9 May 2025 (Friday) 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m
Session 3: 12 May 2025 (Monday) 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m
Session 4: 12 May 2025 (Monday) 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m
(Please arrive at the following location 15 minutes before to check in)
Location: 5/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Language: Cantonese
Target Participants: Person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head) of local non-profit making organisations
Quota: 20 persons / session (first-come-first-serve)
Each successful applicant can attend one tutorial session together with a representative from his/her organisation. If your organisation would like to join the tutorial session(s), please register via the below registration link on or before 2 May 2025.

Confirmation emails will be sent to the persons who have successfully enrolled by 7 May 2025.
(Note: After the official launch of the Smart ECF online application, only the person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head of the organisation) can submit applications.
