2025/26 First Round Application Invitation for “Practice and Action Projects”

The Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) Committee will soon launch the first round application invitation for Practice and Action Projects in 2025-26.

Briefing Session(s) on Application Invitation

The Practice and Action Projects Vetting Subcommittee Secretariat will conduct two online briefing sessions in Cantonese through online conference. The First Briefing Session will be on introduction to the contents of and notes on application for Practice and Action Projects. As for the Second Briefing Session, it will be targeted on potential applicants by providing them with details of and help to compile the application form, including points to note. The first briefing will be held on 8 May 2025 (Thursday) at 3:00 - about 5:00 p.m. while the second briefing is tentatively scheduled on 29 May 2025 (Thursday) at 3:00 - about 4:30 p.m.. Parties interested to join the briefing sessions may register by completing online registration Register here on or before 2 May 2025 (Friday). Confirmation email with the login details will be sent to the successfully enrolled parties by 7 May 2025 (Wednesday). The briefing materials will be uploaded onto the ECF website upon completion of the briefing sessions.

Also, the ECF Committee Secretariat is going to launch the online application function under the Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management system (Smart ECF). In future, person-in-charge (i.e. Head or Deputy Head) of the organisation who has successfully registered a Smart ECF account can submit online applications during the application period for funding schemes under the ECF. Interested person-in-charge of applicant organisations are now invited to register an account on Smart ECF (https://smart.ecf.gov.hk/) to get familiarised with the operation of the system.
