The Sustainable Sizzle Talk aims to inspire and empower students to make a positive impact on the environment at home. Topics covered during the talk may include sustainable practices, climate change mitigation, food waste reduction, introduction to Hong Kong local product, food scarp cooking and nutritious eating. By attending our talk, students would have an unprecedented opportunity to raise their awareness of sustainable, carbon-neutral practices through a variety of daily dietary habits, especially the use of local produce.
