The programme aims to enhance awareness of sustainable food practices, develop practical strategies for schools, and create a model that can be replicated to improve health and sustainability in school food systems across Hong Kong. It consists of three phases: Phase 1 of 10 schools research of sustainable school meals through surveys and observational studies. In Phase 2, a one-day Sustainable School Food and Behaviour Change Summit with speech, a low-carbon lunch tasting, Phase 3 of recipes piloting and impact measuring.
